Tournament Refund Policy: Tournament entry money will be refunded if the Tournament Committee is advised prior to the day of the tournament and if the OCSGA is not charged for your reservation at the venue where the event was held.

To cancel after the pairings are set on Thursday, September 5, call Tournament Committee Chairman John Lind at (602) 617-1862. If you must cancel on the day of play and are unable to reach John, call the Pro Shop: (858) 259-8811.
