Refund Policy

Event entry fees may be refunded in whole or in part if the Association is not fully charged for the reservation by the venue where the event was held, and if cancellation notice was received in a timely manner.

For cancellations within a week of the tournament, the Tournament Chairman shall be called.  For cancellations on the day of the tournament, the Tournament Chairman  or the course pro shop shall be called as early as possible. 

Do not rely on leaving a message at the Association office, as it may not be received until after the event and does not constitute timely and proper notice of cancellation.
