· Entry fee includes golf, cart, boxed lunch, range balls & prizes
· Individual tee times beginning at 10 a.m — Arrive 20 minutes prior
· Tee times will be emailed on Wednesday, September 19
· Single player/couple per cart
· Winners will be announced via email and prize money mailed
· Signed waiver required to participate—return with your mailed entry form
